Aloe
vera can help with a variety of human
health problems. The benefits come from
its unique consistency of vitamins, minerals,
enzymes, sugars, anthraquinones, lignin,
saponins, fatty acids, salicylic acid
and amino acids. Aloe vera is most effective
on two areas of the body – the immune
system and epithelial tissue. Aloe vera
is commonly used to help with the following
medical conditions:
Allergies
A skin or respiratory reaction to pollens,
hair, fur, woollens etc. that shows topically
in the form of lumps, rashes, swellings
as well as breathing problems.
Aloe vera helps to balance the immune
system and reduces inflammation.
Arthritis
Osteo-arthritis is commonly known as the
‘wear and tear’ condition
of the joints and the damage to the cartilage-cushioning
between the joints and vertebrates. The
main areas being the knees, hips and spine
causing inflammation verying degrees of
pain is experienced. Rheumatoid arthritis
is a chronic progressive disease causing
inflammation and stiffening joints. In
extreme cases, deformity occurs in the
finger joints.
Aloe vera can help in reducing the inflammation
therefore helping to reduce pain, and
addresses the immune system to help the
body help itself.
Cancer
Aloe vera will often be used as a complementary
addition to the ongoing medical treatment.
Aloe vera can often help in alleviating
some of the side effects, improving the
immune system, and with radiation, helps
prevent little or no scarring to occur.

of the bowel that shows as either constipation
or diarrhoea and often with excruciating
pain.

related – characterized by an inflammatory
condition with slight elevated patches
